The project required rigorous structural engineering to withstand severe desert environmental conditions, including blistering temperature fluctuations and relentless sandstorms. Engineering highlights: - Fabrication of massive wide-span structural steel trusses utilizing heavy rolled I-beams and reinforced box sections. - Surface preparation to abrasive blast standard Sa 2.5 followed by heavy-duty barrier epoxy coatings resistant to sand abrasion. - Complex heavy tandem crane rigging and field assembly executed seamlessly in harsh desert remote logistics environments.
