Project Implementation Stages

1. Installation of Anchor Bolts and Base Plates The stage of installing anchor bolts and base plates was carried out with high precision to ensure that the column positions match the engineering drawings and to achieve perfect fixing of the metal structure.
2. Installation of Columns and Main Frames The steel columns and main frames were installed using specialized equipment and according to precise procedures to ensure the straightness and stability of the structure.
3. Installation of Center, Gables, and Rafters The works of installing the center, gables, and rafters began, where the main metal elements were executed and connected to form the overall structure of the tent, ensuring load-bearing strength and durability.
4. Installation of Sandwich Panels for the Roof and Cement Board for the Sides Sandwich panels were installed for the roof to provide thermal insulation and protection, in addition to covering the sides using 18mm thick cement board panels to achieve the required durability and quality of external finishing for the project.
5. Installation of External PVC for the Entire Tent The external PVC layers were installed for the entire tent according to the highest quality standards, aiming to provide protection, insulation, and to display the final external appearance of the project.
6. Installation of Interior Decorations and Boxes Interior decoration works and boxes specific to the tent were executed in line with the nature of the project and the operational and reception requirements.
7. Installation of Internal Fabric The internal fabric was fully installed for the tent to achieve the final aesthetic appearance and provide a suitable internal environment for pilgrims and visitors.
8. Completion of Structural Works and Final Installation All metal elements were installed, along with roof works, side works, and final finishes, with the completion of all final connection and fixing works for the project.
